Place your faith, first and foremost, in our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. There’s so much going on in the world but don’t let that be your first concern. You first love is you king (Rev 2:4), and that should have primary placement in your life. Nothing happens that He doesn’t have control over.

US Front
The White House has posted an article on their website which is a speech given by Michael Kratsios, whose current position is Director of the Office of Science and Technology Policy. The speech, entitled ‘The Golden Age of American Innovation’, was given at the Endless Frontiers Retreat in Austin, TX on April 14th. Included in the speech is the line, “Our technologies permit us to manipulate time and space. They leave distance annihilated, cause things to grow, and improve productivity.” Is Kratsios purely being hyperbolic, and he really just means that we’ve been able to deliver products more quickly, or does the Director of the Office of Science and Technology Policy mean what he’s saying? Remember it was only last week that President Trump bragged about our secret military capabilities.
The New York Times have reported that President Trump rejected an Israeli plan to attack the Iranian nuclear sites, and they have instead decided to pursue diplomatic negotiations. This is being reported by the NY Times so it’s debatable how much truth is included in the story, but I feel like there’s at least a kernel of truth. If I had to guess, Netanyahu went to the WH with the plans and Trump said he wanted to try to negotiate first. Netanyahu was clearly a little miffed during the meetup but I’m doubtful that Trump outright refused to help Israel. He probably said the US would help but he wanted to at least try to negotiate first, but if negotiations failed, the US would be on board. Donald Trump has since gone on to say that he and Benjamin Netanyahu agree on everything (which isn’t going to assuage the concerns of people who fear that Israel has too much power in US foreign policy).
Temu and Shein have announced that they will raise prices for US customers due to tariffs placed on Chinese companies.
China has told Chinese airlines to suspend their intake of Boeing planes due to the ongoing trade war.
China has begin turning freight ships around. The expectation is that they won’t completely stop shipments but their intent is to begin severely limiting how many ships are actually going to be allowed to set off for the US. Make sure you have your preparations in order. If there’s a non-perishable that you NEED, don’t be afraid to get a decent stock of it.
China has suspended their exportation of rare earth minerals. As China is one of the main places to get these, this is a major blow to the global markets.
It was first reported that senior DoD official Dan Caldwell had been removed from the Pentagon, but now it’s looking like this wasn’t just limited to him; along with Caldwell two other senior advisors have been suspended and disallowed from entering the Pentagon, Darin Selnick and Colin Carroll. No details have been released as to what these individuals may have been a part of leaking but the implication is that this is why they are being removed.
Pete Hegseth is warning that the current balance of power could see China sinking the entire US Naval fleet within 20 minutes.
Democrat House leader, Jamie Raskin (MD) has warned and vowed revenge on countries who work with the foreign policy of the Trump administration (and, for what it’s worth, US interests) that when the Democrats get back in power those who worked with Trump will be remembered and they will know they made a mistake. Honestly, until legal action starts to be taken against those promoting treason, people will keep doing it.
Throughout the first 110 days of this year’s congressional session, the GOP (who controls the house) has had congress in session for 25 days. That’s right, they have been off 85 out of the 110 days. The average pay rate for member of the House of Representatives is $174,000 per year. Do you think they’re earning their salary? If not, how does this affect your vote?
RFK Jr has announced that the US will be banning all artificial food dyes. The ban will go into effect in November and companies have the next 7 months to come into compliance.
World News
Puerto Rico is known to have power generation issues but PR just had a major power outage. This happened at the same time that a major geomagnetic storm was taking place.
A major article has been published on Israel365News proclaiming that teachings on the rapture are antisemitic. This is being justified by reasoning that Christians will be raptured by Jews will be left behind, so if Jews don’t get to go, it must be antisemitic. This should surprise no one who has been paying attention to what’s been going on lately. In the US you can criticize the United States government but if you criticize the actions of the Israeli government you can be prosecuted for hate speech. Or, if you are in the US on a visa, you can be deported. The New York Post published an article claiming that Antisemitism in the US has grown 893% over the last decade.
What should be remembered is that we’ve been redefining the word “Antisemitism” and, while there have for sure been a lot more Antisemitic events than any sane person would find acceptable, when we have major Israeli outlets calling talk of a rapture ‘Antisemitic’ and any critic of the Israeli government is officially considered ‘Antisemitic’ by the government, the word has lost all meaning.

Pope Francis passed away at 1:35am (EST) on Monday at the age of 88. One of the last people to meet with him before he passed away was US VP JD Vance. The Pope is currently laying in state in St Peter’s Basilica and will have his funeral this upcoming Saturday. The Vatican has declared that the vote for a new Pope isn’t going to happen for at least another 10 days. Currently there are a number of frontrunners in contention to be the next Pope. The Prophecy of the Popes, which Tom Horn explored a number of years ago, seems to predict that Pope Francis would be the last Pope before the end times would begin. It’ll be interesting to see what the next step is for the Vatican.
Netflix is streaming The Passion of the Christ. In the original version, the prophecy in Isaiah 53 concerning the coming of the Messiah is placed on the screen. In the Netflix version, they have replaced the reference to Isaiah’s prophecy with a black screen.
Reports are surfacing that Elon Musk’s Starlink is under threat by both Russia and China. Due to Starlink having been used in the Ukraine war, Russia and China now view Starlink as a target in any upcoming military action.

A climate group is taking fighting climate change into their own hands and are launching balloons into the air which deliver sulfur dioxide the atmosphere.

Israel
A video has been posted and promoted by one of the key leaders of the Temple Mount Movement which shows the Dome of the Rock going up in flames and a third Temple replacing it as the flames die back. It appears the flames are intended to be the fire of God as the flames continue to burn brightly, coming out of the Temple. The translation of what’s being said in the video is basically, “this year the Messiah, next year the Temple.”
Israel’s Air Force conducted drills responding to a presumed missile attack from Iran.
THIS ONE IS IMPORTANT: Mediators in the Israel/Hamas war are now proposing a “5-7 year truce” which would have the IDF completely pulling out of Gaza and a complete hostage for prisoner swap. (Daniel 9:27; Isaiah 28:15)
Iran
Director of the IAEA, General Rafael Grossi, went to Iran to inspect their nuclear program. Before he went there he stated that Iran was “not far” from attaining a nuclear bomb and that they have all the components to make the bomb, he just doesn’t believe that the pieces are put together, but if they want, the could have one pretty much immediately. It should be noted that he can’t ‘be too certain that Iran doesn’t already have a bomb because the cameras the IAEA have installed in the Iranian nuclear facilities have been disabled or removed and Iran has barred or removed IAEA inspectors from visiting the nuclear labs.
Iran’s Supreme Commander, Ayatollah Khamenei, posted on social media a graphic which asks the question, “Why Must the Zionist Regime Be Eliminated From the Region?”, and then it goes on to explain the reasons Israel should be removed from the earth.
Benjamin Netanyahu responded by reiterating that Iran must not be allowed to attain nuclear weapons and their capabilities were that is concerned must be destroyed.
Qatar
The Defense Minister of Qatar made a post on his social media stating, “We are all Hamas”. Now, it’s possible that one of his staff posted this on his account (stuff like that happens in the US) but this did not make Israeli PM Netanyahu happy and he responded shortly after by saying, “pick a side”. Qatar is leading the current “peace talks” in the middle east which are moving toward a 2-state solution.
Yemen
Houthis are claiming to have shot down a US MQ9 Reaper Drone with a surface to air missile. This isn’t the first time they’ve claimed to have shot down a Reaper Drone but it’s one of the first times they’ve provided video of what they’re claiming to be the destroyed, downed drone. The MQ9 is a larger version of the Predator Drone and is more of a Hunter/Killer aircraft than the Predator, which is largely a surveillance drone.
Houthi forces launched a ballistic missile at Israel’s Western Galilee region. Initial reports indicated that Israel was unable to shoot it down and it struck near an air base.
Israel has since come out and said that they were able to intercept the missile, though that doesn’t explain the video footage of the missile striking something. In the past when something questionable like this has happened it has been due to Israel not wanting to expose a potential weakness, especially when there’s an attack coming in from Iran in the near future.
Amir Tsarfati is proposing that the missile that struck in the video is a piece of the missile Israel is claiming to have intercepted, and its slow speed is indicative of it falling to the ground instead of being propelled by its propulsion system.

On the same day Pope Francis passed away at the age of 88, Klaus Schwab announced he was stepping down as head of the WEF, effective immediately. He made reference to feeling it was the right time to take this step as he was entering his 88th year. Currently his interim replacement is cartoonishly evil looking guy named Peter Brabeck-Letmathe. Brabeck-Letmathe once said, “It's a question of whether we should privatize the normal water supply for the population. And there are two different opinions on the matter. The one opinion, which I think is extreme, is represented by the NGOs, who bang on about declaring water a public right. That means that as a human being you should have a right to water. That's an extreme solution. The other view says that water is a foodstuff like any other, and like any other foodstuff it should have a market value.” So at least we know he’s ok with taking away your access to water, unless you’re able to make the right kind of payment.
Within a day of his stepping down, the WEF has officially launched an investigation into what they’re calling ethical and financial misconduct.Gold prices have surpassed $3,500 for the first time. In the past 12 months, the dollar has lost 40% of its value against gold.

The White House released a statement detailing the origins of the Covid-19 virus as most likely being due to a lab leak, largely due to the Gain of Function research performed at the direction of Dr Anthony Fauci. The first point made in the report is that the Covid virus, “The virus possesses a biological characteristic that is not found in nature.” This statement is still relatively true but, as Steve Bannon has pointed out concerning when talking about the detainment of Pete Hegseth’s advisors, unless people start being arrested and prosecuted soon, stuff like this just comes off as placating the base while doing nothing to right the wrongs of the past.
Texas currently has a bill in their state house proposing making Ivermectin available over-the-counter and they’re hearing arguments on the subject. During questioning, one Texas lawmaker (Nicole Collier) attempted to argue against Covid by calling into question the spiritual beliefs of Dr Stella Immanuel.
